Service Fees

- •All service fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of transaction outcome (including failed, rejected, or misdirected transfers caused by user error or network issues).
3. Transactions & Risks
- •Irreversibility: Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.
- •Volatility: Digital assets are subject to price fluctuations.
- •Third-party dependencies: Transactions may rely on payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and blockchain networks, which may experience downtime or errors outside our control.
- •You bear full responsibility for entering the correct wallet address and transaction details.

You agree not to use Laisee for:
- •Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or unlawful purposes.
- •Transactions in jurisdictions where digital assets are restricted or prohibited.
- •Circumventing sanctions, embargoes, or regulatory requirements.

Liability

- •Loss of funds due to third-party service outages or hacks.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you to Laisee in the last 30 days.
